Further Education and Training

FET Phase (Grades 10-12)

Learners in Grade 10 MUST choose a specific subject stream to specialize in for their final Matriculation examinations. ALL streams include four compulsory subjects: Tshivenda HL, English FAL, Mathematics/Math Lit, and Life Orientation.

Sciences Stream

For learners aspiring towards careers in medicine, engineering, agriculture, and applied sciences.

GET Phase (Grades 8-9)

The GET phase provides a broad, foundational education exposing learners to a wide variety of disciplines. This ensures they have the foundational knowledge required to make an informed choice regarding their FET subject streams in Grade 10. All subjects in this phase are compulsory.
